Soliant has partnered with an excellent school district near High Point, NC to provide Speech Pathology services for the 2026-2027 School Year. This role is ideal for professionals holding ASHA certification and a valid North Carolina SLP license who have experience with ECATS and are ready to manage a school based caseload
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required
- North Carolina SLP licensure mandatory
- Proven experience with ECATS software system
- Previous work with school-age children, particularly grades 4 through 12
- Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students effectively
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultation for students in a school setting
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations, utilizing ECATS
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement effective communication strategies and interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Compensation:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $50-$56
