Position Details:
- Full-time, onsite position within a dynamic and supportive school environment
- Hours: Select from either 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, based on your assigned school
- Caseload of approximately 60 students, adjusted according to service minutes and individual school needs
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience delivering speech and language services in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
- Strong collaboration skills and a passion for helping students with diverse communication needs
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech, language, and communication interventions to students pre-K through high school
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical records in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Participate in IEP and team meetings to advocate for each student’s needs
