Position Summary
We are hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive therapy services for students in grades K-12. The ideal candidate is collaborative, student-focused, and passionate about helping children succeed.
Minimum Requirements
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active Virginia SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
• Virginia Department of Education certification eligibility preferred
• Experience in school settings is a plus
Duties & Responsibilities
• Conduct evaluations and identify speech-language disorders in students
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services
• Develop measurable IEP goals and attend team meetings
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate therapy documentation
