School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Pittsfield, Massachusetts

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Prior experience with school-aged children preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services for students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning strategies
- Offer consultation and training to teachers and parents when needed
- Monitor student progress and adapt interventions to maximize success
- Participate in IEP meetings and other school-led activities
