School Speech Language Pathologist - Adams, MA

This full-time opportunity allows you to apply your Speech-Language Pathology expertise across two welcoming school sites for the duration of the 2026-2027 school year, from August 25th, 2026, through June 11th, 2027. You'll collaborate with engaging educators and dedicated families, empowering young learners at critical developmental stages.
Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- School-based experience with Pre-K through 4th grade students preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams, caregivers, and students
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Committed to on-site, in-person services across two school locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive speech and language evaluations and interventions to Pre-K–4th grade students
- Develop and manage therapy programs tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and supporting student goals
- Document progress, maintain records, and provide regular updates to faculty and families
- Foster a positive, supportive environment for students to gain confidence in their communication abilities
