Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current (or eligibility for) Massachusetts SLP licensure
- Prior experience in school-based settings is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new schools and work environments
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Prepare and maintain required documentation and student records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
