Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current MA state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
- School-based experience desirable
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct intervention and therapy in group and one-on-one settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
