Requirements:
- Current licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for Massachusetts license)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments quickly and effectively
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal regulations
- Provide progress reports and participate in IEP meetings as needed
