Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility) for Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly desirable
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to students
- Develop and implement individualized education program goals and therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to school guidelines and regulatory requirements
