What You’ll Need:
- Active SLP license and ASHA CCCs
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Previous experience providing speech and language services in school settings
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and IEP development for prek–8th grade students
- Exceptional communication skills to partner with students, families, and educational teams
- Flexibility and a collaborative mindset, comfortable commuting between 1-2 schools
- Ability to organize a caseload of up to 65 students efficiently
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for diverse learners
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language pathology services
- Conduct assessments and maintain thorough, accurate documentation
- Develop tailored interventions and participate in IEP meetings
- Communicate regularly with families and staff regarding student progress
- Travel between assigned school sites as needed
