Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology credential with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous experience within a school or pediatric setting is preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple grade levels (PreK–8th)
- Comfortable commuting daily between 1-2 nearby school sites
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy sessions in both English and Spanish
- Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Engage in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities
- Foster an encouraging, inclusive environment for students of all backgrounds
