Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellow (CFY) welcome
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Knowledgeable about IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Capable communicator with school staff, parents, and caregivers
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals and therapy plans tailored to students’ needs
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to PreK-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and IEP meetings to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and federal guidelines
- Offer guidance and training to teachers and support staff about strategies to improve communication in the classroom
- Support both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting to diverse student caseloads
