Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric settings, particularly with school-aged children
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
- Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other service providers
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with school goals
- Deliver direct therapy to students with speech and language needs
- Contribute to multidisciplinary IEP meetings and progress monitoring
- Partner with teachers and parents to support classroom and home strategies
- Maintain accurate records and comprehensive documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Stay updated on evidence-based practices and participate in professional development
