Key Qualifications:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Demonstrated school-based experience as an SLP
- Comfortable serving urban student populations; understands the unique needs of this setting
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required PA clearances prior to start date
- Reliable transportation to travel between school sites as needed
- Willingness to work exclusively on-site, with no virtual work or schedule accommodations
- Available for a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, between the hours of 7:15AM-4PM
- Confidence managing a varied caseload of middle and high school students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services in-person
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state regulations
- Participate in professional meetings and contribute to a supportive educational environment
