Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Previous experience working as a school-based SLP
- Proven track record supervising SLPAs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred and will be highly valued
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy services for elementary-aged students
- Conducting thorough evaluations and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Delivering support and mentorship to SLPAs, ensuring high-quality therapy and compliance with best practices
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support each student's goals and growth
- Engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
