Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and appropriate state licensure
- Previous supervisory experience overseeing SLPAs
- Spanish-English bilingual skills preferred
- Experience in school settings with K-5th grade students
Responsibilities:
- Serve a caseload of approximately 50 students at a single school site
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs to ensure excellent service delivery
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
