Desired Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state licensure
- Previous experience with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering positive, inclusive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct therapy sessions, both individual and group, in accordance with best practices
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to track student progress and provide regular updates
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
