This role offers a balanced schedule: work 35 hours per week with a consistent 8:30AM - 4:00PM timetable and a midday break for lunch. You will manage a caseload of 35-40 students across various school sites, providing essential speech and language services. Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working districtwide and adapting to different environments
- Passion for working with pediatric populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services onsite to students, according to individual IEPs
- Conduct assessments and create comprehensive reports
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and administrators
- Document student progress, maintain records, and communicate regularly with families
- Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with state and federal regulations
