This contract role offers two openings, providing opportunities to make a meaningful impact across varied caseloads—you can even share your preference to shape your assignment. With options for teletherapy alongside in-person services, you'll work alongside dedicated professionals in a collaborative, student-centered environment.

Applicants who have earned their ASHA CCC credentials are encouraged, though consideration will also be given to strong Clinical Fellows (CFYs) looking to advance their careers in school-based practice. Positions run from August through May, with interviews available both this week and next to streamline your start. This opportunity is conveniently accessible from the Helen, Cleveland, and Cornelia areas.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Experience with pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
  • Skilled in teletherapy delivery a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
  • Dedication to supporting diverse K-12 student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to K-12 students
  • Evaluate student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain timely, accurate records meeting all school and state requirements
  • Offer teletherapy services as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development

Compensation for this opportunity is competitive, with SLPs holding the ASHA CCC credential earning $66 per hour and Clinical Fellows at $64 per hour.
