Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders
- Must have valid SLP – CCC credentials
- Georgia state licensure (or eligibility)
- Prior experience in school settings preferred, with knowledge of IEP processes
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language pathology services to students individually and in small group settings
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
- Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, and parents to address each student’s unique needs
- Participate in developing and updating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all relevant standards and regulations
- Contribute to a positive, supportive learning climate for students at various grade levels
