Elementary 1:1 Care Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Mankato, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Florida State License in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with elementary-aged children is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage students individually
- Effective communicator with staff, students, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for students
- Deliver targeted 1:1 care, designing interventions that address students’ individual needs
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and other educators to optimize student success
- Maintain accurate and timely session notes, ensuring detailed records of student progress
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide consultative support and resources to teachers and families
