Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Ohio state license
  • Ohio teaching certification
  • Experience or interest in pediatric and preschool populations
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
  • Prior school-based SLP experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a dynamic preschool caseload by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech-language and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student IEPs
  • Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families to support student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ongoing progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
