Pediatric School Speech Therapist - Troy, Ohio

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Ohio state license
- Ohio teaching certification
- Experience or interest in pediatric and preschool populations
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
- Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a dynamic preschool caseload by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech-language and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and ongoing progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
