As a valued speech-language professional, you’ll work with a diverse caseload, supporting students’ communication and developmental needs. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists, ensuring each child achieves meaningful progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Ohio state license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Ohio teaching certification
- Clinical expertise in school-based speech therapy, with experience or strong interest in pediatric and K–12 populations
- Open to experienced SLPs, CCC holders, and Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Commitment to best practices, confidentiality, and teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders for a varied caseload of PreK–9th grade students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to best support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet each student’s needs
