Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Dayton, OH

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible Ohio SLP licensure
- Accepting both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those who have CCC credential
- Hands-on experience or coursework focused on pediatrics and school-based therapy
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with varying needs in a school setting
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Screen and assess students using a variety of standardized and informal tools
- Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student progress in and outside the classroom
- Contribute insights and strategies during multidisciplinary team meetings
- Track student progress and adjust interventions to ensure ongoing growth
