Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for California
- Experience supporting elementary-aged students in school settings
- Comfortable working with elementary caseload at a single site
- COC (Certificate of Clearance) required (can be processed after offer)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Adaptability and initiative in dynamic educational environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students
- Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
