Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Camarillo, CA

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and COC clearance (or willingness to obtain; support provided)
- Relevant experience in school-based settings, focusing on elementary-aged students
- Proficient in assessment, development, and implementation of IEPs
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to an elementary caseload at one site
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments to identify students’ needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals in accordance with federal, state, and district guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
- Partner closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input regarding student progress
