School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Simi Valley, California

You'll provide direct and indirect therapy to a manageable caseload at a single elementary location, allowing you to build strong relationships with students and staff. The position is structured for approximately 21 hours weekly, with the preferred schedule of full days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—though there’s flexibility to create a routine that fits your needs.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Valid licensure and certification to practice as an SLP in California
- Previous experience delivering speech services in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with elementary student needs and school-based documentation
- Ability to obtain COC clearance (support will be provided)
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills

- Deliver speech-language therapy and interventions to elementary-age students
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
