Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid and current licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or comfort working in a school-based setting, particularly at the elementary level
- Ability to obtain and maintain COC clearance (support with the process provided)
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs and therapy plans
- Organizational skills to manage a caseload efficiently across the school year
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to elementary students at one campus
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans, and track student progress
- Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student goals
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with a supportive team to create positive student outcomes
