- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students, identifying needs and creating tailored treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services, utilizing evidence-based strategies to support communication and language development
- Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to integrate student goals into classroom routines
- Maintain meticulous documentation, including evaluation results, session notes, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional recommendations and advocating for student needs
