Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (from an accredited program)
- Active SLP state licensure or eligibility to obtain one
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs will be considered
- Previous school-based SLP experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among PreK-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services both individually and in group settings
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare required reports
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to case conferences as needed
- Educate and consult with teachers and families on communication strategies and supports
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
