Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Thousand Oaks, California

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license (CA SLP Licensure)
- Active California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CA CTC) authorization
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
- Open to candidates with SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and growth-focused learning spaces
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide direct and consultative services for students with diverse needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards
- Support students’ social and academic development through evidence-based interventions
