Desired Qualifications:
- Current Ohio Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP)
- ODE (pupil services) licensure required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFYs considered
- Experience or passion for working with pediatric or profoundly disabled student populations
- Background in healthcare, pediatric, or school-based SLP roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site speech-language pathology services one day a week on Cleveland’s east side
- Assess and support communication needs for students with severe/profound disabilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and school staff
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in compliance with IEPs
- Deliver compassionate, focused care and ongoing progress monitoring
