Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Brunswick, OH

You’ll work on-site one day per week on the east side of Cleveland, providing specialized services and helping to transform student outcomes.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Ohio SLP license required
- Must hold a current Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Pupil Services license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
- Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or with students with significant disabilities preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to positive, student-centered support
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of severely/profoundly disabled students
- Work solely on site, ensuring high-quality services in person
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and maintain thorough documentation
- Partner with educators, support staff, and families to set and achieve student goals
- Adapt and innovate therapy to meet unique and complex needs
- Ensure compliance with state and district policies
