Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification for Alabama (CCC or Clinical Fellow accepted)
- SLP Educator certificate for Alabama
- Experience in school-based settings or related pediatric roles preferred
- Willingness to work onsite across assigned campuses
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in multiple school locations
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state standards
