We're seeking a dedicated SLP or SLPA to work full-time with children ages 3-5. This contract opportunity starts right away and runs through June 17, 2026. You'll join a collaborative team at multiple school locations, working alongside another experienced SLP, and will serve a caseload of up to 50 preschoolers. Key Qualifications:
- Valid CA SLP or SLPA licensure (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or eligible)
- Experience in schools, teletherapy, or healthcare settings working with young children preferred
- Comfort providing services across multiple sites and adapting to diverse needs
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Passion for early intervention and supporting preschool-age children
What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering speech-language therapy in person to preschool students across several school locations
- Collaborating with another SLP and other related service professionals (such as OTs) on student goals
- Managing and supporting a caseload of up to 50 students, focusing on ages 3-5
- Actively participating in IEP meetings, paperwork, and progress monitoring
- Adapting therapy plans based on student progress and individual needs
