We’re searching for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join a collaborative educational team on a contract basis starting August 10th, 2026. Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current CCC or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience in school settings with elementary-aged students is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to approximately 55 elementary students across a standard school week (up to 40 hours, 5 days)
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support each child’s progress
- Document student performance, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage students through creative, evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique needs
