In this role, you'll work full-time during the 2026/2027 academic year (August 11–May 28), supporting K-12 students across one or two conveniently located and neighboring school sites. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
  • Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license with Special Services endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience with K-12 students in a school environment highly regarded
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate within MTSS frameworks for school-based service delivery
  • Build positive relationships with students, families, and staff
  • Deliver flexible, student-centered, solution-oriented support
