As a contractor for the upcoming school year, you'll enjoy a full-time role from mid-August through late May, serving one or two close-knit school sites (less than a mile apart)—with flexibility to focus on your preferred grade levels. Whether you're refining assessment strategies or collaborating with dynamic multidisciplinary teams, this role offers room to shine and grow.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

  • Proficient in developing and implementing IEPs
  • Experienced with assessment and progress monitoring
  • Knowledge of MTSS frameworks and school-based service delivery
  • Strong relationship-building skills with students, families, and staff
  • Flexible, student-centered, and solution-oriented approach

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
  • ASHA certification preferred
  • Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license with Special Services endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in school settings preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide school-based SLP services to K-12 students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
  • Facilitate assessments, interventions, and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
