Speech Language Pathologist in Temple, TX

Your role will include:
- Providing a full range of speech and language therapy services, including assessment, intervention, and consultation, to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Developing and implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of student progress and organizing data for required reporting.
- Delivering therapy both individually and in group settings, adapting strategies to meet each student’s unique needs.
- Advising families and staff members on communication strategies, classroom accommodations, and ways to support carryover of skills.
- Participating in team meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Active Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience in educational settings, with comfort providing therapy to diverse age groups.
- Both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced Speech Language Pathologists are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
