Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure as required
- Previous work with K-12 students (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans and document student progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students as referred
- Develop and implement effective, individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in groups, in accordance with each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insight and recommendations
- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment, and progress reports
- Engage in school-based professional development as needed
