- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Active state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Previous experience in a K-12 or educational setting preferred, but not required
- Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
- Positive, flexible attitude with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments and screenings for students across K-12 grades
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate results to all stakeholders
- Provide consultation and support to teachers and parents to facilitate student success
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and state/federal compliance requirements
