Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Pittsburg, TX

Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Passion for supporting diverse learners with varying communication needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication disorders
- Develop and execute individualized therapy plans to address articulation, language, fluency, and voice concerns
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school professionals to integrate speech/language goals into the classroom
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing meaningful input for student goals and progress
- Offer consultative support and recommendations to parents and educators
- Use evidence-based strategies and tailor interventions to meet student needs
