Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ingleside, TX

In this role, your primary focus will be supervising district Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), ensuring quality services and compliance with best practices. You’ll also participate in traditional SLP responsibilities, serving students across various age groups within the assigned caseload. The number of campuses will be determined closer to the start date.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license (required)
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Prior supervisory or mentorship experience a plus
- Comfortable providing services on-site; please specify if you have strong skills and preference for virtual service delivery
- Completion of Texas fingerprinting/background check (or willingness to complete promptly)
- Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise SLPA teams across the district
- Deliver direct and indirect SLP services as assigned
- Maintain documentation and participate in IEP processes
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and district specialists
