This position runs from August 3, 2026, through May 28, 2027, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact for an entire academic year.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Texas SLP license (active and in good standing)
- Experience supervising SLPAs, preferably in a K-12 school setting
- Ability to complete Texas fingerprinting requirements promptly
- Flexibility for either onsite or virtual work; onsite availability is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and professional support to district SLPAs, ensuring compliance and best practices
- Deliver comprehensive speech therapy services to a diverse caseload (exact age group and number of schools assigned TBD)
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and document progress according to state and district standards
- Engage with teachers, families, and stakeholders to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in district meetings and professional development as needed
