Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting virtual speech-language therapy sessions using teletherapy platforms.
- Managing caseloads typically assigned to one school, with the possibility of up to two.
- Maintaining detailed weekly timelogs for review and approval by the Director.
- Adhering to scheduled hours; compensation is based on actual time spent delivering services, including no pay during breaks.
- Collaborating with school personnel through an electronic Individualized Education Program (IEP) system to support student goals.
- Navigating a fast-paced environment with high caseload demands.
Candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Texas.
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a CCC credential.
- Experience providing teletherapy and familiarity with telespeech modalities.
- Proficient in ESPED or similar IEP management systems.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and time reporting.
