Contract Dates: Immediate start through May 21, 2027
Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours
Responsibilities:
- Provide teletherapy services to students, managing a caseload of typically one to two schools.
- Maintain detailed weekly time logs for director approval, adhering to school day schedules without paid breaks.
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans aligned with student IEPs and district goals.
- Navigate high caseloads effectively in a fast-paced educational setting using ESPED or similar IEP systems.
- Collaborate remotely with educational teams to monitor student progress and adjust therapeutic approaches.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas (SLP-CCC required).
- Experience conducting teletherapy and telespeech interventions.
- Proficiency with IEP documentation systems, specifically ESPED or equivalent.
- Ability to manage a demanding caseload while maintaining quality care and compliance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills suited for virtual service delivery.
