Virtual Speech Language Pathologist - FL

This role seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists to deliver virtual teletherapy speech services to K-12 students across multiple schools in the Naples, FL area. The position offers flexibility within full-time or part-time schedules, providing a caseload of varied student ages and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech therapy services via teletherapy platforms to students from elementary through high school.
- Complete Individualized Education Program (IEP) documentation accurately and submit in a timely manner.
- Participate in IEP meetings virtually to collaborate with educational teams regarding student progress and goals.
- Coordinate schedules across multiple school locations within Golden Gate City and Immokalee.
- Conduct evaluations on-site as teletherapy evaluations are not permitted.
- Adhere to all school district, state, and credentialing requirements throughout service delivery.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and active Florida Department of Health Speech Language Pathology (SLP) licensure.
- Proven success in providing teletherapy speech-language pathology services, preferably with prior experience in virtual assignments.
- Previous completion of fingerprinting through the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse is highly preferred; new fingerprinting will be required if not on file.
- Ability to obtain a JLA badge within required timeframe for on-site work.
- Strong organizational skills to manage documentation, scheduling, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both virtual and in-person.
Location and Schedule:
- The assignment covers multiple schools within the Naples, FL region, with virtual teletherapy sessions and some on-site duties.
- The contract period is from August 11, 2026, through May 27, 2027.
- Weekly hours may be up to 35 hours, with flexibility for full or part-time commitment.
