Position Overview: Seeking two licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver teletherapy services for K-12 students across multiple schools within Golden Gate City and Immokalee. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide direct speech services, engage in IEP meetings, and complete necessary documentation remotely, supporting student communication development in an educational setting.
Location: Estero, FL (serving schools in Naples, FL area)
Responsibilities:
- Provide telepractice speech-language therapy to students from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Complete IEP documentation accurately and timely following established guidelines.
- Participate virtually in IEP meetings to collaborate on student progress and goals.
- Adhere to school district policies and maintain compliance with credentialing requirements.
- Coordinate services across assigned schools, managing caseload effectively.
- Evaluations will be conducted in-person and are not part of the virtual service scope.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Department of Health Speech Language Pathology Licensure.
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery.
- Previous successful experience with VocoVision assignments is highly preferred.
- Ability to complete required fingerprint background checks and acquire JLA badge as per district mandates.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for virtual collaboration.
- Experience working within educational systems, particularly K-12 populations.
Contract Details:
- Duration: August 11, 2026 – May 27, 2027
- Schedule: Up to 35 hours weekly (approximately 7 hours per day)
- Location: Virtual speech therapy service within school district areas in Naples, FL.
- This is a contract assignment supporting multiple schools.
