Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility to work in school settings
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, especially K-8 populations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency or willingness to learn Ed-plan or similar special education software
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for speech-language eligibility
- Develop, write, and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other staff to address student needs
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
