Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligibility to obtain or current possession of NM RLD and NMPED state licensure
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with school-aged children across elementary and secondary levels
- New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments and therapeutic interventions for a caseload of approximately 40-50 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate optimal learning and communication outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with all regulations
- Offer support and advocacy for student needs within the school community
