Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with children in grades K-12, with an emphasis on 1:1 services
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students of varying ages
- Deliver personalized, 1:1 speech and language services that address each student’s unique goals
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and contribute to the development of IEPs and progress reports
- Work collaboratively with educators and families to support student achievement and communication growth
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and parent conferences as required
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and district policies
