K-5 Grades 9 - 12 School Speech Pathology | Albuquerque, New Mexico

Qualification Highlights:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred
- Skilled in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Proficient at conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering a range of therapy approaches
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with students from various age groups and backgrounds
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in grades K–12, both individually and in group settings
- Conduct assessments and provide accurate, comprehensive reports on students’ progress
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Consult regularly with educators and families to monitor growth and adapt interventions
- Assist in school-wide initiatives to promote awareness around communication disorders
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation for all services rendered
